All treatments follow medical-grade protocols. Prescription treatments are only administered after a face-to-face clinical assessment by a Registered Nurse. We never proceed if it isn't right for you.
What's the recovery time?
Most treatments have minimal to no downtime. We'll walk you through exactly what to expect at your consultation - no surprises on the day of treatment.
Which treatment is right for me?
That's exactly what your consult is for. We assess your skin, listen to your goals, and build a plan. You don't need to know the answer before you come in - that's our job.
Do I need to book a consult before treatment?
For prescription treatments and IV therapy, yes - a face-to-face assessment is both a clinical and legal requirement. It also ensures you get the right treatment, not just any treatment.
Is IV therapy suitable for me?
IV therapy is not suitable for everyone, including those who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Suitability is assessed at consultation based on your health history and current medications. Priya will advise honestly.
